Accra Hearts of Oak has announced the signing of Kelvin Osei Asibey during the current transfer window for an unknown sum. The following is the club’s official statement posted via its social media channels:

The 22-year-old displayed his abilities as a top defender throughout an outstanding season with Eleven Wonders in the Access Bank Division One League. He appeared in 25 games, with two goals and seven assists. Asibey won six Most Valuable Player (MVP) honors for his exceptional play, which included a standout showing against Bofoakwa Tano in the playoffs.
One of the top defenders in the Access Bank Division One League is considered to be Asibey. Kelvin Osei Asibey is seen by Hearts of Oak as a key addition to their team.
The Phobians, who placed 12th in the league standings last season, will attempt to perform better in the next 2023–24 campaign.
