Despite their dreadful season, Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen has insisted that they are determined to succeed.
The Phobians are currently 11th on the Premier League standings with 18 points after 16 games in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Hearts of Oak have three wins, nine draws, and four defeats this season and are currently without a substantive head coach following the departure of Martin Koopman.
Abdul Bashiru, who is currently serving as the club’s interim coach, has yet to record a victory for the Rainbow Club.
Speaking ahead of their Matchday 17 clash with Bechem United, the enterprising midfielder stated that they are focused on the game and determined to succeed despite the challenges.
“Our game against Bechem United is what we are focused on,” he told the club’s website.
“We are hungry for success and we will continue to work hard to achieve it,” Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen said.
The game between Hearts of Oak and Bechem United will take place on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 15:00GMT.
